Jon commenced his real estate career in the late 1970’s and over the years has had wide ranging experience in all aspects of real estate. After a period as a director with an international agency, he together with the other directors, took up the Henderson & Horning operation. These days his extensive experience is concentrated in major commercial management with particular skills in refurbishment, energy efficiency and services upgrades. A trained Valuer, Jon provides property management advice to a range of institutions and private investors.
Bill has over 34 years’ experience in real estate valuation, advisory, management, acquisition, disposal, construction, development management and agency covering all classes of real estate. His broad background and wealth of experience is key to delivering client focused outcomes. Bill holds various Directorships with a range of businesses, is passionate about family and community issues. He is a Certified Practising Valuer and licensed Agent.
Initially qualified and practiced as a chartered Surveyor/Valuer in Dublin Ireland. Will immigrated to Australia in 1994 and worked in Chesterton International and Tim Green Commercial. In 2003 Will established Shanakill Pty Ltd and shortly thereafter commenced consulting with Henderson & Horning. Will specialises in commercial sales and leasing in the Sydney CBD and inner suburbs with a strong emphasis on commercial strata sales and leasing.
Exceptionally focused and committed to providing premium customer service, Suzi is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 19 years of industry experience. Suzi applies her skills in all aspects of the business including agency, property management, marketing, office administration and accounts.
Trevor trained as a Chartered Surveyor with British Rail managing a diverse property portfolio. Trevor manages a range of Commercial and retail investments throughout Sydney.
Mark joined Henderson & Horning as a Senior Commercial Property Manager and manages a range of commercial and retail investments throughout Sydney.
A property manager since 1990, Brendan has broad experience over a range of property types. More recently Brendan has specialised in Retail and Facilities Management.
Kristy joined Henderson & Horning to manage the Trust account and provides financial and account administration support to the entire team. Kristy has a strong accounting background and her high level of accuracy and organisational skills are welcome additions to the team.
Having completed a Degree in Business Marketing and being a self-motivated and team player, Jess intends to improve her skills and gain knowledge and experience within the Real Estate industry through agency and marketing services.
Melinda has a Master of Research and has recently completed Master of Museum and Heritage Studies. Melinda's primary interest is in the conservation and management of heritage properties. In addition to her role collaboratively supporting with the management of CBD properties she provides support for the entire team and works closely with the Trust Account Manager.
Annabelle is responsible for all front-of-house duties, including supporting the team with a range of administrative projects and tasks in all aspects of the company and has grown and become a crucial member of our administration and support team.
