The Directors of Henderson & Horning have collectively some 75 years’ experience in property consultancy. All staff hold appropriate certificates and licence and adhere to CPD training.

Jon commenced his real estate career in the late 1970’s and over the years has had wide ranging experience in all aspects of real estate. After a period as a director with an international agency, he together with the other directors, took up the Henderson & Horning operation. These days his extensive experience is concentrated in major commercial management with particular skills in refurbishment, energy efficiency and services upgrades. A trained Valuer, Jon provides property management advice to a range of institutions and private investors.

Bill has over 34 years’ experience in real estate valuation, advisory, management, acquisition, disposal, construction, development management and agency covering all classes of real estate. His broad background and wealth of experience is key to delivering client focused outcomes. Bill holds various Directorships with a range of businesses, is passionate about family and community issues. He is a Certified Practising Valuer and licensed Agent.

Exceptionally focused and committed to providing premium customer service, Suzi is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 19 years of industry experience. Suzi applies her skills in all aspects of the business including agency, property management, marketing, office administration and accounts.

Trevor trained as a Chartered Surveyor with British Rail managing a diverse property portfolio. After Trevor moved to Australia and during a period overseas Trevor managed a significant range of commercial and retail investments including, in Sydney. More recently Trevor has moved into an administration and operational role where he assists the company.

A property manager since 1990, Brendan has broad experience over a range of property types. More recently Brendan has specialised in Retail and Facilities Management.

Kristy joined Henderson & Horning to manage the Trust account and provides financial and account administration support to the entire team. Kristy is a licensed real estate agent and has a strong accounting background and her high level of accuracy and organisational skills are welcome additions to the team.

Melinda has a Master of Research and has recently completed Master of Museum and Heritage Studies. Melinda's primary interest is in the conservation and management of heritage properties. In addition to her role collaboratively supporting with the management of CBD properties she provides support for the entire team and works closely with the Trust Account Manager. Melinda also holds a real estate agents license.
